Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY

Our furniture is packaged so that it survives the tough journey and all the different pairs of hands that it passes through. Our delivery partners always strive to get the furniture to the point of delivery as soon as they can, but unfortunately they can’t always guarantee a time.  You can opt for us to deliver direct to you (the trade), your warehouse or in some cases and for an additional charge, direct to your customer.

RETURNS

Once the product has been delivered it is non-returnable.  However, if you wish to cancel your order, you can do so up until the day it is due to leave the warehouse to be delivered. We understand that from time to time products can be accidentally damaged. However, we only accept damages caused by our transport.  All products need checking and any damage reporting within 5 days of delivery, so we can then be advised of any problems and accept a damage return.
